I’m listening to the podcast about this episode and the director said that the oranges was an homage to the Godfather and a clue that Kim was going to be killed - intentionally there to throw people off.
 
Not for nothing but...... how many oranges does it take to make 1 glass of OJ?

I dont own a juicer but I feel like they be throwing like 5 whole oranges in to make a single glass.
