Long story short. Got hit by a car today while I was rididng my bike. I feel okay only a few bruises. Nothing major but my bike got messed up. Did call an ambulance and cops came did a report aswell. What is the process to get money frm her so I can fix my bike. Copped the week 2 weeks ago for 400 b

If you were being dumb then you're out of luck but if they actually knocked you off while you were just riding then you could get a new bike and other compensation if necessary. Not sure where you'd start but there are a lot of cycling specific lawyers around now who know all this stuff - ask at a local club and they should have info.

she has to have insurance. Your accident is still considered a collision so the same rules apply. Go after that, and lawyer up if you have to. Don't say a word to anybody about how your body feels or how you feel, unless it's your lawer.

Noble, but kinda uninformed. Accidents can do weird things to your body. You might "feel" fine right after, but that might just be the adrenaline and 3 days later have something serious come up. This happens more often than you think.

That's y I called the cops and did a police report. So if something happens later she paying for it
