Assuming you talking about Shmurda, it's dope that he came out with a followup record that will likely be a hit (Bobby ***** 

).

But both of them beats sound like Chicago (or rather Atlanta, since Chicago got that sound from Atlanta) beats.

IMO NY won't really be back until someone comes out with a new style of beat that sounds NY but can also hit in the clubs, the same way Mustard took LA's sound and updated it and the South is always on their own sound.
