Juicy is a GREAT song! my favorite rap song of all time but come on seriously 2Pac>BIG

BIG was a lyricists (showing his talent in songs)
Pac was a movement (i see him as the
Ghettos MLK & Malcom X! my sister took a college class on just 2Pac
eek.gif
........BIG wasnt the type of guy Pac was on n off the mic)

in the movie Notorious it showed how BIG said Pac would always ramble about blacks and politics on some MLK type status tryin to help his people......BIG didnt do that he just could rap on the mic with punchlines

So you're saying 2pac had a bigger or same effect as MLK and Malcom X, just because u see portraits of them in the same hoods?

If so, then please kill yourself.

I said Pac was the GHETTO'S version of a MLK! Im not saying he is JUST like MLK

Nothing wrong w/ a lil debate here & there gentlemen & lady. I've posted enough in here on my stance& in this debate, some, as well as me, arent in here to change minds. Obviously there was a lot more to the man then just a sick metaphor put together in aryhme

. ( I laugh because he did that too, & his legacywill is more then just that. ) As a 80's baby & a person who has seen not only poverty's struggles but black america'sstruggles first hand, ( & No, I dont compare it to the 60's, ... get real.)
I listened to the man that had a voice that couldntbe denied in today's society.

Yo Mideast Beast, we get it cuz, Big L is nice man

here we go again with this "lyrical" non sense

i guess canibus is 1 in your top 5 going by ya lame ranking system

indifferent.gif

i invite you to please put me on to a tupac verse that will wow me...
you just don't get it,good music is not determined by being "lyrical"

who in ya top 5?

acting like biggie did not have garbage songs like nasty boy or hypnotize
did this lame just say hypnotize was garbage?
laugh.gif

Papa been smooth since days of underoos. That lyric had been stuck in my head foreverrr

Anywho, if Biggie, Pac, and Big L all were given a day to write a verse for a song i think it's pretty obvious that Big L's verse> Biggie's>Tupac's

As a rapper 2pac isn't even in the same realm as Biggie. As an icon though...

Exactly...His fans can't seperate Pac the man from Pac the rapper

Greatest rapper = Biggie
Most influential rapper = Pac

But we're not comparing them on a Rap only level. Just Biggie vs. Pac....nothing more, nothing less.

Biggie=GOAT

Biggies 2 albums much better then Pacs 50 albums. Pac was a great artist but not the greatest like that other thread stated Pac is one of the most overrated.

Y'all dudes still going at it in here?

LET IT GO. Listen to who you like and respect and appreciate both of them. May they both RIP.
