Need more pics, but they look like a GM/Taobao pair IMO. Ask for pics of the box, UPC tag, and a clear shot of the tongues.
The font and border around "Jordan" on the bottom of the shoe looks too thin. Could be the pic, but the red on the eyelets don't look as vibrant as on retail pairs.

He said the box got destroyed when his basement flooded last year which I thought was suspicious so I'm def thinking their fake now. Thanks for the help guys
