Black cement retro 88 pre order question

I am a Recent sign up,, this is my first post, I have long enjoyed the forum and have sponged plenty good info here. Have saved countless $ using the legit check forum. most of my questions have already been answered , I am curious to know why the legit site js4days is taking pre orders on the yet to be confirmed JB3 blk cement 88' retro ? Seems like the shoe is solely speculation . Do they know something others don't. Just curious and would like to hear some opinion .please feel free to rip me....bein my first post. Thanks...

Idk but they've been on the site for over a year. When the w/c 88s dropped I remember there being rumors the black cements were next.
