Both my beats by dr.dre headphones suck...recommend me new ones

those recommendations are useful, but dont say studio specific. i want some specifically for production that are really impressive audio quality wise.

The beats are horrible. If you're looking for a pair of cans that can properly reproduce sound for any time of sound engineering environment then go withthe Sony MDR-v6 or mdr-7506. They are about $100 and virtually the same model. They are standards in the pro audio world for a reason and have been aroundsince the early 90's and are still the go to headphones. Stay away from bose as they are way muddy in the mid range. Im a sound engineer by the way.

I made a headphone post last week and i think i'm gonna go with the Sennheiser HD-555. Heard nothing but great things about them and there under my $100price point i set for myself.

Whoever told you Beats were good for doing production lied to you fam! for LISTENING to music Beats will do, but for CREATING music, your setting yourself upfor failure.
