It's been over a decade since I been inside a waffle house..

I eat a proper breakfast as in breakfast type foods a few times a month. My work and fasting schedule puts my feeding times all over the place.

Weekdays at work: bagel, fruit, water.

Weekends at home: some type of combination of chicken/turkey sausage, eggs, toast, grits, fruit, pancakes/waffles and gotta have some orange juice
