Anyone else without any good guy friends? Been feeling like Paul Rudd's character from the movie I Love You, Man lately. I'm either with my girl, with our mutual friends which are mostly her friends I've been introduced to, or, I'm playing video games by myself. It sucks.
 
Nah I have plenty of bros. How often do you hang out with the Gf? My guess is your social life is oriented towards her so much so that it's hard for you to develop friendships with others. You still in school? Much easier to make bros in school than in the real world

I hang out with my GF 2-3 times a week.

I graduated college in May 2012 and moved to the DMV for work. My senior year I had four roommates I'd consider my best friends and a slew of other really great guy friends to do stuff with. Almost of them moved to NYC and none of them moved to the DMV.
 
All my coworkers are a lot older than me.

The guy friends I've met through my girl in our group of mutual friends we go out with I don't have much in common with.

Im in the same boat at my job too, But i lived in MD my entire life so i got my homies from back in the days still around and doing well for themselves. Do you smoke? and what other things do you do when your not with your girl. does your girl have female friends?

Yeah. Besides play video games not much else lately. I'll get on the mic with some friends from back home and talk to them while we play games but that's just made me realize how much I miss having good friends like that. I grew up in upstate NY so I'm starting from scratch with friends. I thought I'd have a solid group of friends by now but I really don't and it's a little discouraging. I love my girl but we both agree I need my own friends.

My roommate is cool. Got a lot in common with him. He invites me out and I know most of his friends now but I always feel like an outsider when I go out with them because they have been friends their whole lives too. They all grew up in the area and know eachothers life stories.

Complete opposite, the main (soon to become gf :(), hangs out with all my friends. Got the new XBox1, still in the shopping bag unopened :{

I have a really great relationship with three of my line brothers. My ace is my best friend. Definitely going to be the best men at each other's weddings.

It worries me that graduating is going to drive us apart. I just walked this past May and moved away from the city I went to school in. Sucks because we're both getting older and our priorities are changing. Pretty sure he's going to get married next year after he graduates.
 
You've gotta go out and interact with other bros. Do you play any sports? Join a rec league or other sports clubs. Enroll in a gym like others have suggested.
 
met a lot of good bro friends from hoopin at the 24 within the last year or two. and im not even good :lol

When I was in high school I hung out with my gf all the time and lost friends because of it; I learned my lesson and basically made all new friends in college and they have been my best friends for years

Does she have girlfriends with boyfriends? I generally think when they have "girl nights" you could have "guy nights" with them and make close friends that way
