as many a NT scam victim will tell you, cops just dont care, especially in OH (insert L joke here). 99% of the time, even if the borrower fully intends to never pay back a cent on a loan they took out, the cops will consider it a civil matter and will not play babysitter.
off topic (somewhat). its even worse in small towns where everyone is family. I've had signed sealed and delivered judgments issued by the judge, but the local sheriff will outright refuse to act on it because the person in question is his wifes cousin or some BS like that. The sheriff will conveniently be out of the office or unavailable for years, not even months, but years. The laws of this land are so debtor friendly and bogus I dont why more people dont just go around frauding and ripping people off.
