yea you can, my sister works in a bank and has a whole bunch of $2 dollar bills, but there in a certain vault thats on a timer so you might have to ask inadvance or if the vault is still open the teller should be able to get you some.

I work at a bank and yes we do have two dollar bills. we don't carry them ourselves, we only have ones that clients give us.

generally, it's only the $2 bills we've gotten in the past.
but you can arrange to order some if you REALLY want some. but it would have to be a large amount, and you'd have to be cool with the vault teller.
cuz nobody's gonna order some $2 bills for some average joe. no offense.
