That's code for Manchester United signed him without realizing that they don't even have a place on the reserves for such an unaccomplished player so they're shipping him out to a less elite club with immense debts and absolutely no chance of winning their respective league to see how he plays, if he plays well they might bring him back to Manchester to possibly play the last 10 minutes of every other Premier League match if that, if he fails they'll leave him out to dry and he'll never set foot on British soil again.
