Get Outside DOES have colored and patterned laces -- just look behind the cashier in the shoe-store section, NOT the women's clothing section.
Also peep GROOVY @ Queen St. West and John, which I believe someone mentioned earlier... Rainbow colors and patterns there.
Also Livestock and Goodfoot also stock some STARKS laces, I believe -- but they not cheap.
Da Zone also used to sell laces, but they're done like dinner...
