Y'all gotta understand, they build them differently out there. Its not his fault, hes a product of his environment. Its the same reason a NYC cat couldnt last in the AZ desert, they arent built for this heat. We need to nurture him and expand his musical tastes

The story about me filing charges is this:
I was 18 at the time and during lunchbreak in highschool, I left the school grounds to grab a drink from a nearby vending machine.
I parked my bicycle in the bike parking slot infront of the vending machines. As I approach the vending machine, a black BMW M3 pulls up behind me and perks next to my bicycle and the driver enters a shady appartment.
As I'm grabbing my drink, I suddenly hear a loud sound behind me. The driver drove backwards and rammed my bicycle onto the middle of the road. I'm a calm guy so my first priority was to get my bicycle off the road because it was blocking traffic. Meanwhile the driver hops out of his car, starts yelling profanities like and comes up to me.
As I was picking up my bicycle I said "yeah ok whatever bruh" and he immediately punched me in the face, then sprinted back into his BMW and sped off. I wasn't really expecting him to punch me infront of so many people.
People came up to ask me if I was ok so I also asked them if they would cooperate with police so I could file charges. Everyone agreed and gave me their contact information, around 5 or 6 people.
I went back to school and after class ended I went to the hospital and got a doctor I knew to write a (false) report stating I suffered a concussion due to battery.
I then went to the police station and filed charges on the driver, the vending machines had cameras. I charged him with battery, reckless driving, illegal parking and fleeing a crime. The charges are permanently on his record and he lost his license for a month. He also had to pay a large fine.
Even if I had seen it coming I wouldn't really fight back. I think fighting is caveman behavior and I don't want to partake in it unless I feel my life is at risk.
It's not that I can't fight, I have basic self defense training and I was quite muscular at the time but fighting is just something I don't approve of.
I would file charges on anyone who wants to throw hands unless I feel like I did anything to provoke it.
That's the only time someone has laid hands on me.
I'm fully aware this sounds like a weak mindset to y'all in the US but fighting is heavily looked down upon here. I would've lost more respect if I fought back and not filed charges than doing what I did. In fact I gained respect for my actions.

Depends on your definition of hood. I live in a small rural town. I go to school in a larger city a few miles away. Some of my family members and friends live in what you could call a hood I guess but it doesn't look anything like the hoods I see in the US.

Idk if y'all know this but Belgium invented french fries. The French stole it from us and took credit for it. We're still renowned for having the best french fries though
Our beers are highly praised too. I think Westvleteren is still the #1 rated beer in the world.
I appreciate the love from y'all btw. Due to my medical condition I spend a lot of time on NT so it's nice to know that my presence is appreciated. I want to thank y'all for supporting me through my struggle and for providing entertainment each day.
