DC Studios THREAD - GunnVerse Begins - Chapter ONE: Gods & Monsters

GL would've been ok if it wasn't for the cgi, characters, villains, plot, etc...

ftfy

can't even believe the director of that film is the same dude who directed Casino Royale, GL pretty much killed his career

Finally saw Suicide Squad. It was good, nothing great.

No it was Deadpool. I know what i saw man. Will Smith played him.
Aight, man. Whatever you say. No need to get all mad about it.

Hammer in that pool of actors with Taylor Kitsch and Sam Worthington and Jai Courtney, where they gonna get shoved down our throats and put into films because....

well I don't even know

Hammer just needs to embrace the fact that he played 2 cool supporting characters in a decent movie(social network) and thats it, thats your claim to fame man, don't get me wrong he was awesome in that role(s), but unless he's willing to take the unpretty route in terms of character and appearance, I don't think it's gonna happen

dude would probably flourish easily on TV

Please, anyone but Armie Hammer. Dude, can only play 1 type of character.

A bad actor?
I wouldn't even go that far. He's just there.

Hollywood sells him on his movie star looks but he has less than a character actor's talent.

He doesn't even have memorable poor performances. Granted I did not watch the Lone Ranger but even then I hear more ppl complain about Depp coasting.

Apple In Discussions With Warner Bros. About Viewing ‘Justice League’ In Theaters & At Home

Reports have indicated that Apple has entered into talks with Warner Bros. about having their movies available to customers much sooner compared to the traditional theater release timeline. Warner Bros. would use the iTunes platform to have their movies available for rent the same time the movies are released in theaters.

Warner Bros. chief Kevin Tsujihara spoke with Bloomberg and provided more insight.

21st Century Fox Inc., Time Warner Inc.’s Warner Bros. and Comcast Corp.’s Universal Pictures all confirmed over the past week that they are looking to offer high-priced, home-video rentals of new movies shortly after they open in theaters. Some studio executives have been pushing to allow home rentals as early as two weeks after theatrical debuts and are considering a deal with iTunes as one option, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private.

If this would transpire, fans would be able to rent Justice League and watch it within the comfort of their own home while it was in theaters, but at a premium price. The prices could range from$25 and $50.

Discussions surrounding making movies available faster for rent have dramatically increased this past year.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

The film stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Amber Heard, Jeremy Irons, J.K. Simmons, Willem Dafoe, Julian Lewis Jones and Ciaran Hinds.

Justice League opens in theaters on November 17, 2017.

Theaters would die. 25 bucks and I can stay home??????

Cost me 60-70 for family of 3 and bare minimum snacks, etc.

Preach. This would be ideal for families, but I really enjoy going to a theater and catching that full experience...

But yea, I'd get to be more selective on which movies I want that full experience with

They already do that, I worked on the branding for a leader in that space. It's aimed at the super rich. I'm talking deluxe audio/video installations, highly encrypted and secure (supposedly), fingerprint scanner, etc.

If they could somehow make it $25-50 and combat piracy effectively, I would def be a customer. Imagine having a full dinner while watching a new release on Friday night, or drinks, or a blunt, or in your underwear [emoji]128064[/emoji]

I love going to the movies. Even if something gets leaked online if I wanna see it it'll still be in the theater.

Some movies are events. I couldn't imagine watching Civil War or Star Wars for the first time at home. Arrival needs to be seen with that sound and scope. Same with movies Fury Road.

I always firgured movies would just go the way of on demand. Rogue one debuts Friday, you can order it for the day type of thing

They no that'll be a bad idea. Movie In the comfort of my home? I'm smashing before every movie.

I could see it now. Rearrange the living room, make it dark, nice and cozy in there, nice dinner. Wine for her. They dont know what they tryna create. That *** may just end up being background noise.

Just the fact that I can pause and rewind makes this great. They really trying to keep me from leaving my house.
