Dead beat mom?

mine isn't a dead beat, just dead......................................................:(

15 years old back in 1996 said goodbye to her on a saturday evening, and never got to speak to her again. Life is short fellas, bury the hatchet and move on.

I'm sorry to hear about your mother but the whole "bury the hatchet and move on" thing is MUCH easier said than done regardless as to how short life is. There are some mothers who have completely DESTROYED the souls of their children. Some things just can't be forgiven.

Lost my mom in 07 at the tender age of 21

In the hospital when they paged the nurses on the intercom code black, and my dad knew and just looked at us told us it was her.

I would never wish that on anybody :(

Vent:

My mom had me when she was 15 and dipped a year or so later and showed up every once in a while to say hello but basically only when she needed to relieve her guilt of leaving me and my little brother behind and when she did show up it was always some drama.

I saw her pull a gun on my step-mom once, pull a gun on the highway once because someone tried to pass her and all kinds of shenanigans. Needless to say, she had a coke habit too. She got married and didn't tell me about it or invite me to the wedding so all I got was a call saying "I'm married and moving to DC." :{ I was hurt. I mean, I never saw her, but at least I knew she was kinda local before the move. I don't even think I was 10 when that happened.

Then she had kids with a doctor and of course they got treated like royalty while me and my little brother (her first kids) got about a week with her a year. SHe eventually got a divorce from her second marriage and had a third set (one kid) and now she tries to call me all the time because she's old and lonely, but I don't take her calls. She's asked me for money recently and has all kinds of sob stories, but she left me and my brother to fend for our damn selves. We had to deal with all kinds of **** kids shouldn't deal with as a result of her dipping.

She's still an addict (pills now) and is annoying to talk to on the phone in the rare cases when I do answer her call. Her other son is doing well and is a cool cat. We're brothers, but not very close... Anyway he told me to never give her money and that she's a crack addict. :{

I'm honestly disgusted by her, but at the same time feel some sympathy, but I just can't bring myself to have a relationship with her. Oh yeah, she didn't contribute a dime or any time in raising me or my brother. Still have trust issues with women to this day because of her leaving. You know how some women have daddy issues. I had something like mommy issues for a while. I'm straight now though.

Thanks for letting me vent.

damn bruh. sorry

My moms is the best. Could never imagine a time where I would beef with moms, she gave me life!

I have a decent relationship with my mom...it has gotten better recently because she was diagnosed with cancer and we started talking more. Our relationship is not ood because of my father.

I dont speak to my father and me and him have been at each others throats since I was 13. But my mom and him are together still. I tried to bury the hatchet once with him but it didnt work and we havent spoken to each other in about a year.

Last time me and him had a big argument my dad told me that he only has one son (my younger brother) and he wishes nothing but death on me... :{

I never did anything to the man and dont understand why I have been treated like that...I know that basically all this hate toward me comes from me once telling my mother that my pops was cheating on her....my parents were rocky for a while because of that...but it was his mistake and he blamed me for it.

I aint mad no more, just kind of feel sad that I never really had a father.

Your father is a punk for that.

You had to tell your mother, he could have given your mother an STD
Even though she is still with him, Im sure she is cautious now.

Damn Brolic.

No child should have to go through that.

As for me, I'm one of the lucky ones I guess.

Have a great relationship with both of my parents.

I understand that, and I know everyone has their own issues with their mom. But if it is something trivial then my statement applies. If your mom abandoned you, sold you out for dope/crack whatever then yes it is more complicated than that and you have the right to feel however you feel towards her.

Understood.

For the record... :lol my mother and I are good. I just know of people who don't **** with their mothers. For them their hatred/dislike came from physical abuse (and i'm not talking about the regular *** whoopings a lot of us got as youngins either).

Anybody have a sour relationship with their mother?

Vent.

A women can never bee a deadbeat to society, in that case its called the man is a ahole and took her kids away from her. Man look like aholes when they have custody but when they dont were considered deadbeats

When I was young my mother and I had beef. I was 17 years old kicked out on the streets.At the time, I never thought I'd see her face again. But there wasn't a woman alive that could take my mother's place. One time I was suspended from school and scared to go home. I was a fool hanging out with the older kids, breaking all the rules.I constantly cried with my younger sister. Over the years we were poorer than the other little kids. And even though we had different father's, when things went wrong we always blamed our mother. I reminisce on the stress I caused, it was hell. Hugging my mother from a jail cell. And who'd think in elementary?Hey, I'd see the penitentiary.

i read all of this like damn, that's rough.

just realized it's pac. :{

my mom is a G. homie for life.

my dad can kick rocks. don't care what happens to him.

will smith fathers day episode anger.
