Both are at fault, Its obvious the cop was trying to be helpful at first asking for medicine for the kids headache. The Kid then called him an ____ for whatever reason which triggered the cop. The cop was cutting them a break it seemed but the kid talked back. After that it went downhill for the cop, who made an___ of himself.

and some cop goes up to her and asks her wat r u doin with this immigrant (refferin to my mom)

smhhhhhh i wanted to knock him out so badly but i figured it wasnt worth it.. since he would just abuse his power and @*%

First off, when dealing with police, people need to know the basics not to get abused by them.

That kid didn't know the obvious basics.

1. Do not talk to police.

2. Always ask "Am I free to go, Officer?" If so, then go on and leave.

3. If not, you're being detained, say "I'm going to remain silent. I would like to see a lawyer."

4. Don't give an attitude. Don't give police a reason, you'll just lose. Be cool.

5. Police can frisk the outside of your clothes for weapons. You have the right to say, "Officer, I'm not resisting. I do not consent to thissearch." Verbally refuse, not physically. Refusing a search request is not an admission of guilt and doesnot give the officer the legal right to search or detain you. In fact, most avoidable police searches don't occurbecause police have probable cause. They occur because people get tricked or intimidated into consenting to search requests. The 4th Amendment protects your right to refuse search requests, but you must clearly state your refusal for the protection to legally apply.

6. You are not required by law to carry any identification, but may have to identify yourself to police in certain states. Police need reasonable suspicion todetain you. To tell if they have reasonable suspicion is to determine if you're free to go. Ask, "Officer, are you detaining me, or am I free togo?" Repeat, if necessary.

The cop was being a dbag, he didnt just snap. He was acting like an $*! beforehand, the kid didnt just go out of his way to say "stop being aexpletive". Then, a woman comes in to say something and now all the skaters get cited! "Thanks to her"

That is INSANITY, true dbag cop status at its finest. Someone who has nothing to do with them pushes this cops buttons when he is clearly going overboard andhe takes it out on the skaters.

Very unprofessional.
