Yeah let's not hope Blake comes back...

Going to be a sad day of the season when that happens.

Maybe we can dig up Juan Dixon & Steve Francis with Blake and send a DMV special to the Wizards :rollin

i just saw what Cuban said about us. We're not just in Southern California, we're everywhere and how ironic that there was a "Let's Go Lakers" right in his own arena.

Great win.

I'm not down with Jordan Hill falling out of the rotation though. He should get some minutes at the 5. Glad they're playing Jamison at the 4 finally though.

dont get ur hopes up, until they can compete with spurs, okc, clippers, and memphis like this then ill be happy

Don't even need to put him at the 5.

Jamison is going to bleed over a few minutes at SF (no more than 5 in a game, so hold your horses P & CP). He did tonight for a short stretch, and it was fine. The reason it was so dreadful before is that his offense was :x . If his offense is fine he can manage it for a few minutes..

And if you do it when it's Dwight & Pau, it works much better.

MDA has to use a 10 man rotation (to his disliking, I know) for an older team to run his offense. Maybe a younger team could pull off 9. But this team can't. Hell even an 11 man may be necessary.

As always PG minutes are blank because we don't know how that will work when Nash & Snowflake come back.
Give or take a minute or two for each person
SG: Kobe (30) / Meeks (18)
SF: Metta (30) / Kobe (4) / Jamison (4) / Ebanks (10)
PF: Pau (17) / Jamison (16) / Hill (15)
C: Dwight (34) / Pau (14)

Separately our bench is picking up..

We really only need 10 from Jamison, 7 from Meeks, 5 from Hill.. And a few garbage numbers from everyone else on the bench..

Not necessarily a great number from our bench. But it's more than enough.

I think Hill will get more regular playing time as the season goes on. Good energy and effort tonight.

Hill really doesn't fit this style of offense, he's going to be more of a matchup type guy in terms of when Dwight or Pau don't have it on a given night or the player that Jamison matches up with is destroying him in the post. So really, Hill shouldn't get all that much time from those 3. Think along the lines of Drew/Pau/LO being the 3 main bigs. It's why I never liked this damn Jamison at the 3 garbage.

Hill can and will prove useful when called upon, cuz he's obviously more of a hustle guy than a needs the ball in his spot guy, like Jamison really is. No small surprise Jamison is playing better at the PF now, his more natural role/position.

Hill will be needed, but not every single game.

Man the punkass Lakers were fouling all night. Couldn't get any calls. Almost every OJ Mayo missed shot he got fouled on. Kaman and Darren too. We got ROBBED. :{

Yall played great tonight, :lol .

Took us out of our comfort zone, made us work for our points, and POURED it in on us.

I was shocked to see Jamison and Ron play so well. Only D'Antoni can take out the hot-*** Ron World Peace and get equally beneficial production from Jamison man. :lol

Should be a much better match-up next time in February, when probably both squads will be healthy. No offense to you guys, but I feel like we have an easier time tonight with Nash in there. Darren isn't getting held 1/10 by Nash.

Good luck though, I can't wait for Nashty to come back to see how this offense can look. None of this Dwight Howard mid-range jumper shots though...

I think where Hill will work in this offense with Pau. Hill runs up and down the floor, and gets his points on mostly all put backs and hustle. If we are playing up-tempo, it makes defenses rush to get into their sets. Which means the weakest offensive guy will get the case of barely having a body on him (in this case JHill) and with any miss, and his superb rebounding ability, he should have easier rebounds and put backs.

I'd like him at 15. But no reason he shouldn't get 10 or more a game.

Just saw that Drew's status was changed to 'out indefinitely'.

Yikes. :lol

That news about Drew IS NOT funny. I would never wish that on any type of athlete. To see your dreams vanish before your eyes Drew/Yao/BRoy/Oden :{

Although Drew is a straight jack*** it sucks. Im sure this reality is taking some of the air out of his head as we speak. He is probably thinking he should have grown up
a lot sooner
