I can safely say I've never done that...

... but that shouldn't be the criteria for rules/laws. "Wait, I've had a few shots then got behind the wheel before. Shoot, we can't pass this" type of thinking is irresponsible.

Don't reduce it to that and define my thinking. It's more akin to treating marijuana offenders the same as drug Lord's, and disproportionately affecting minorities, I don't trust the system to get it right.
