Even death row members repent before they are sent away from the world.

I'm just wondering if anyone repent from their sins.....

I try not to do anything that brings harm to my fellow man. As far as the biblical sins are concerned, I break a few of them all the time unapologetically.

As far as I'm concerned the only laws I follow are:

Thou shall not kill (unless in self defense)
Thou shall not cause physical harm on fellow man (self defense applies here as well)
Thou shall not steal

yeah at church... i should more tho

I used to have to all the time. I went to Catholic school and when ever we did go to confession since there were hundreds of kids doing it at a time thereweren't enough confessionals for all of us.

So they actually had the priests come out and sit in the pew face to face and have us tell them our sins. Mind you that these priests were men we saw day inand day out roaming around our school.

I understand that they are not supposed to "judge" you based on your sins but I was like 15 or 16 and did not feel comfortable telling them face toface. I swear these priests would grill you walking down the hall.. had me leaving out the juiciest part of my confession. Since I graduated sad to say I havenot even been back to church.

i think about it like this...

we have nothing to repent for if jesus died for our sins. repenting for our sins is exactly why jesus went on the cross.
if you're christian that is...

I do, nightly on the ones that were really messed up.

Other than that, the small ones, i know consciously are wrong.

never really do ...
alot of daily habits are sins if u go by the book...
im not religous at all though

I really do need to do a confession soon.. haven't done a real one in years

.. lord forgive me for my sins.

i dont believe in heaven/hell...I live my life and just try to learn from what I do...never mind a higher being, repenting or confessions

Yea...

But if you continue to sin knowingly, that repentance is like a slap in the face to whomever you believe in because you're not taking it serious.

I've only done it once in my life (doing 1st communion (sp?))
After that I don't even remember the last time I went to church and I don't plan on repenting because I don't regret doing the things that I wouldbe repenting for
