Do you tip for takeout orders?

I personally do it every once in a while, but not every time.

I think it’s absurd that it’s expected in today’s society.

There’s no service being provided, beyond the restaurant making the food that you paid for and giving it to you. It bugs me that i’m expected to pay extra for that, especially when the pizza is already expensive.

But that’s just me.

...how about you?

How do you feel about food establishments rounding our your tips?

Hell no.

I remember ordering online for curbside pickup during the early months of the pandemic. I figure I'd tip since they were bringing the food to me (tipped when I paid online). I get there and these fools ain't even doing curbside service. I ended up having to go inside to pick the **** up anyway . Never again.

Only if it’s a place where they know me by name and pretty much know what I want.

There are a few places I go to like that and tip. Otherwise no for takeout.
