So this is dropping on dec 31st!?

Following Rockstar's logic, the answer leads to no. 

They usually release 2 trailers months apart before releasing the game. Their advertising for GTA games is very slow paced until the last month where they go all out.

im hearing anywhere from march to may hence the spring 13 date, im pretty sure the story and all that is done, its just getting all the bugs out and devs patching things up, i would much rather them take their time with it, instead of getting something buggy like max payne 3 which still craps out on me when i play online and RDR that just has random nonsense go wrong..but rockstar never disappoints which they would remake manhunt...
