Dressing Better Vol 2.0

I bought a sport shirt from BB and it has a really rounded bottom.
Are these meant to be tucked in? Because it looks pretty weird untucked

wj4 - I don't have many jackets that fit me well but I have that camo sweater from J Crew. Do you think that'd be ok to use for finding my measurements?
You're referring to ToJ's measurement? Probably not. I'd do raw measurements, AKA measurements on yourself. You can email them and ask for more guidance, Charly is pretty quick on replying. The only measurements I'd use the sweater for is to determine your preferred sleeve length, body length and width. Depending on what jacket(s) you plan on ordering, the patterns are different, ie my measurement for a bomber jacket is different than a double rider jacket since they are meant to fit differently.

I think I'm gonna cop that baseball jacket.
I'm thinking the same. With the baseball jacket, they're already preset sizes, and the only adjusting factors are the lengths. Should be relatively easy to zone out your size. Again, email Charly for assistance.

Oh fellas, ToJ is back! If you guys want good quality leathers at great prices, check them out.

While we're on the topic of ToJ, I have a black calfskin collared moto in 48 with slight adjustments to measurements if anyone is interested in buying.

Just received it recently and only tried it on for like 10 minutes.

Anyone know actual stores that sell this style of backpack? Doesnt have to be exactly like this but similar. I want to actually look at in person before I purchase it at the store or online. Any good places at the mall or wherever?

Just placed my order for a TOJ varsity. I ordered a 54 a lil scared it may be too big.

Well fall is almost here especially where I live(It gets into the lower 50's at night already) and I need to get some new boots and want to try something different this year.Does anyone have experience with R.M. Williams boots specifically the "Gardener" model? If so thoughts on fit, comfort, etc? Also is $385 a fair price for these? Thanks for the help.

I stopped by the Walmart near my house today for some groceries and walked through the men's section by accident to get to the school supplies and actually saw a couple of interesting things. First, it's not a place I'd buy actual slacks, shirts, from but definitely would buy undershirts and undergarments there...before I digress...I noticed they had a selection of handkerchief's (pocket squares). Nothing major but the prices were great. The had a pack of 6 white 100% cotton handkerchiefs for $3.00 and a set of 3 patterned ones for $3.50 and also 100% cotton. May go pick them up tomorrow and explore and see what other trinkets they have that may be worth buying there. Still not beating Target's selection that's for sure.

Allen Edmonds run roughly 250-300. They are very popular and you def get the bang for your buck. here are some cap toes for 250

Thanks, I really like the one on their official site
RE: watches, what's your budget? Some would argue that no timepieces under $5k is worth it. If you want to drop only several hundreds, Seiko is a great choice.
Grizz: I ended up with the brown color. I already have 2 pair of navy shoes.
Pretty low budget, something along the range of under $300?

I'm just real short on cash and I would like to have a nice watch as an accessory when I'm dressing up

Amazon product ASIN B007PVQZ9M
Only one left in stock, $53 and can be dressed up or down. Spend a few extra bucks and buy a black leather strap and change it as you wish.

For that budget, I'd get a Tissot PRC200.

Never had experience with the brand. Heard of the name from Gilt. It depends on what boots you want, casual or dress. I'm almost certain for 385 dollars, you can get a pair of AE boots. If you want casual, I'd go with a pair of Red Wings and Clarks DBs. You actually have quite a few choices with decent brands for the casual boots.

They run small. A lot of people end up selling them because they just fit too small. I'm a modified 46 in all 4 of my leather jackets, and a 47 in the baseball. I'm probably a size 50 in the ToJ 1.

Varsity is better loose anyway, it's not suppose to be shrink wrapped to your skin.

I really like shirts with patterns, especially from the fabric powerhouse Liberty of London. I only have 3 so far and decided to wear them all this week. Speaking of which, it's only Wednesday....this week is dragging.

Good call watches, RFX. I like all of the Hamiltons...very simple and classy looking :)

Definitely looking for a more casual boot, and I am not really a fan of DBs..I am conflicted between the R.M Williams and a pair of jodhpurs from Kroop but jodhpurs are super common around here...I will definitely check out what AE has to offer though.

Shirt looks like it fits great, but I would probably tuck it in next time. Or just find a similarly well-fitting shirt that doesn't extend too far past your belt line. Other than that, great fit overall. Chuck Taylors have been my go-to shoe this summer.
