LeBron doesn't have the wittiness to troll, he just lacks common sense. He doesn't know whats good for him, this guy needs a father figure. LeBron doesn't need more players, he needs more heart and courage, dude is so lame, damn. This is so soft, I can't believe Nash would do such a thing but who knows. J Crawford on the Heat tho? That would make the Heat even worse.

If the Heat ever win a ring, I guarantee it'll be because Lebron played GREAT, regardless of who else is on the team. Aside from the fact that he's trolling, lets assume he's serious. The Heat obviously need something more or they would've won last year. I think a game controlling PG and a clutch scorer fills needs for them. They could use more size though as well.
I understand that. I'm a Lakers fan, so don't get it twisted. But fact is Heat didn't win a ring last year. They got exposed and showed they have some serious basketball related weaknesses. So you're saying if a team is middle of the pack (Lakers got 7th seed that year), you can speaking up about wanting more help, but if your team is top of the pack, you can't? Thought the goal was to get rings, and if you don't get a ring, improve so you can get a ring. What, you're suppose to limit the type of talent you want to bring in because of your current talent level? That's crazy. Heck, even champions trying to get better. I bet you the Mavs make a run at some quality players once the lockout ends.Originally Posted by xsalvioutlawx

How are you going to compare Kobe wanting J-Kidd to Lebron wanting Nash? Kobe had Kwame Brown, Chris Mihm, Smush Parker as starters. Lebron has Wade & Bosh and wants another All-Star.![]()

Maybe I just read basketball in a different way than you do, maybe more intellectually?Jamall Crawford would not make the Heat better, that's not what the Heat need. The Heat need size, a PG, or unity. Jamall Crawford is a poor mans PG, believe me I know (years of watching). Nash however would make you guys better, no doubt. I understand you Miami Heat fans lack the same type of passion for your Dolphins or Marlins because your loyalty reigns as far as LeBron's has, but take those "New York" sigs out your name. We don't need you.
What??
Plenty of New Yorkers on NT have way more F up'd favorite teams then me and still rep NY hard were ever they go. I seen one guy with Yankees, 49ers, and Bulls in his sig and i believe he's from the Bronx.![]()
But Lebron saying lets get Jamal Crawford (never been a All-Star and basically a 6th man his whole career) and Steve Nash (who is still under contract with the Suns) is Lebron just talking and trying to spark something. Everybody knows the Heat needs a Center more than a PG so dont look to much into his words. I dont think ive ever hated a sports figure more than some of you hate Lebron, it comes of very spiteful, jealous, and childish most of the time.
They have the money. haslem & miller combine for nearly 12 million. nash is making a little under 12 mil, but PHO isn't accepting that. So, they have the money, just not the assets.Originally Posted by Essential1

We could have ended this thread with 1 simple answer in the first reply... THEY HAVE NO MONEY TO TRADE FOR THESE PLAYERS UNLESS THEY TRADE ONE OF THE BIG 3..
The trade is never going to happen.. And let's save all Kobe, LeBron, Durant, Melo, etc. talk until they confirmed the first game of the season is on X date.

1. In the first year maybe, but they can sign a C with the MLE next offseason and they would have the best starting 5 in the league easily. And since your 5 best players play most of the postseason minutes, they'd be hard pressed to lose.Originally Posted by Essential1

1. You might as well put them outside of the playoffs every year then because it wouldn't be worth it to watch them lose every year...
2. You can't just field 4 players on a team, with 10 other scrubs and expect to win a title..
3. They won't have 4 CURRENT all stars... They will never draft a big time player because by the time a late 20's pick develops into an All Star Caliber player that time will have been long gone.. They will not make a big trade... They have no ability to move around with their salary obligations..
4. Sure they can trade Haslem & Miller, but they would not get anyone of great importance, and even in a Whacky World of Sports say they did, that Heat team would have just as much shot as the Bucks have at the finals every year.
