Electronic Cigarettes

What do you guys think about these? How do they taste and are they safer than regular cigs? Are they possibly more hazardous?

LOL, it's funny cause last year my co-worker pulled one out in the elevator and started smoking. I thought it was an actual cigarette but then he told me it was an electronic cigarette. He let me take a few puffs but it just didn't seem like an actual cigarette to me. I think you can smoke those indoors in non-smoking areas.

I use them, since they banned my precious smoking in Michigan last week.........takes care of the nicotine craving but does not feel like smoking a cigarette.....

Dad has them and for him, they worked, stopped smoking. He tried the patch, the gum, even the smoking support group but nothing worked. I think it could be because of the repetition of using the cigarette and the slow decrease of nicotine cartridges that helped him to quit.
