Worst job by Mercedes was pitting Bottas way too early for the fastest lap.
They literally gifted the extra point to the biggest rival and had huge luck that Max exceeded the track limits.
They must learn from this mistake.

interesting thing from the restart:
Bottas saw that Lewis looked in his mirror to check the position of Max.
Bottas accelerated right in this moment. Great observation and execution from him.

Another aspect/mistake from the restart:
Max was immediately in Lewis’ slipstream. Just before he wanted to pull out, Lewis switched to the inside lane himself. But that meant Max suddenly had Valtteri's slipstream on the outside. That wasn't particularly smart of Lewis.

He started weaving... and when he saw Lewis do the same, he gunned it right away and it totally caught Lewis off guard. Max was so close to Lewis at the time that he almost passed him before the 1st SC line. It was a brilliant move by BOT.

Mercedes pit stops definitely their achilles heel.
They need to start reviewing the Red Bull and Williams tape as 3 seconds is not cutting it anymore.
