facebook woes

dumb move on your part.  use facebook's PM's if there's anything in your wall/status posts that may get you in trouble or offend others.

is it ethical for your manager to do what he did?  probably not, but ethics has nothing to do with the situation.  for you to speak the way you did about him in a (somewhat) public setting......it wasn't the smartest move.

i'd still marry you though.

With the use of all those big words you should run for public office not work for restaurant. I'm no lawyer or guy that uses common logic so disregard my statement if needed. I feel as if you did say something about someone on the job pertaining to a situation that has something to do with the job. He can throw "slander" around and say this can effect his relationships with employees. If you would have brought this up to the manager with her present then this situation would of never occured. Have you questioned policies, legalities, or anything? O yeah you sexy to.

This you're just breeding problems since these people don't know who you "really" are.

3. ALlowed? Are you seriously answering this question?

You shouldn't say ANYTHING on ANYONE'S wall that can be used against you in the future. Be careful with your words to the point of almost being overly cautious. But you got what you deserved. Just think next time.
