I think you should see them as an energy source to get you into the gym.   Nothing more.

Clen is doing too much just to be "ripped". OxyELite Pro is all anyone needs...and if a person wants to get a little more out of it stack it with USP Recreate and CLA. No need for that meathead  crap. It's somewhat illegal anyway

Yep, definitely eat more healthier. Consume foods rich in B vitamins. Consume some type of protein in the morning to give your metabolism a boost also.

Yep, definitely eat more healthier. Consume foods rich in B vitamins. Consume some type of protein in the morning to give your metabolism a boost also.
 
i do not advise to taking any kinda supplement/pill/protein
you go to the gym 2 days a week you said try to up it to 4-5
then like others decrease your calorie intake so your burning more then you are getting
then try to run/jog/walk 15 minutes every morning like once around the block type deal
it would help you more than any pill will

they do work but always some side effects and if you do take you still have to do cardio while you are taking it.

also depends what your goal is. if you really want to lose lots of weight well you still have to eat right run etc. but you might lose muscle mass if you weight lift so depends on you.
