Because Blu hasn't dropped anything since Below the Heavens. He's a great rapper but all he is know for is that 1 mixtape and hasn't done anything new since he was on the cover.

I agree with toast...Good point that he hasn't dropped anything, but regardless what he has/hasn't dropped, he has skills! Atleast, I think the dude has talent...more than over half the others on the list...and i think its funny how Chuck got no love on this list..where the sonic fans at??

Well if that's the case than Cory Gunz should have a better grade because he hasn't really came out with much since the cover but he'sa dope MC. I'm a big time Charles Hamilton fan, to me he's the most talented out of the freshman because he can rap, produce tracks, and make goodhooks. People can't overlook his personal life so they don't give his music a chance.
