I'm pretty sure those are legit, above the 23 on the back see how it is translucent and you can see through the red to the black... that is one easy way to legit check.

See how the top one has more texture than the bottom one... you want it to have texture like the top one, if you can barely see the texture it's probably fake... ask for a picture like this so you can see the texture.

The red stitching going down the back tab is a good sign. Also Check the stitching on the sole to see if it's black along with the glue on the pad looking uniform. Just went through this myself. Jordan juman on the eyelits centered. The snakeskin goes to more of a smooth at the toe as well

Yeah. I wear size 10 in every jordan. Personally I love the 12s cuz they seem to be a bit wider. Def don't need to buy up or down sizes
