DEFINITELY .5 size down, but you can probably get away with full size. I went .5 down and I feel like there's still room!

Depends on how you wear your shoes.
I like mine with about half-a-size worth of room. So I chosed this size same as I would a pair of Js.
Fit perfectly.
So if you're after a more cushioned fit, I'd recommend the size-down.
