Just checked my bank and they put the charges back. But when I checked my order still saying processing.

In fact, I did
and finishline sent me this:
Finishline uses a customer sale to expose retail shrink within their company. I boycott them for this kind of BS, though enough customers benefit it doesn't look bad on them overall.
What happened was an employee stole the concords and put another sale shoe in the concord box. I've seen this happen for years.

They were some stacy adams kicks that were beat to hell. honestly I just laugh about it. They were a half size too small so I would have had to trade or sell anyways..

Just unbelievable that all this stock sat at these stores for months on end in some cases. You would think employees would have instantly copped them or hooked up friends.

not really... the plan is to hold them until they get marked down to dirt cheap then buy on employee discount. ive seen pearl foams sold for $15.

Smh at FNL practices. I guess it's a good come up if you get through and your shoes actually arrive. I had this happen to me when they randomly restock playoff xii back in 2012 well after the original release date. It didn't ship until a week later but I still got them.

So there would be an internal discount that the public is not aware of and then they would buy the leftovers . Interesting.... I has no idea.

As a past employee of Finishline for 5 years, kinda. It's not intended to be secret. It's just every shoe sitting in inventory get's marked down by corporate with the intention of being sold to the public. The problem is managers are holding the shoe in the stock room for themselves or employees.

I'm sorry, but I really hate finish line! I wish they would go under. It's funny how screwed up there system is. I can order anything off there website without a single problem, no issues with my CC , and check out smoothly. However, on release days, from 7-12 in the morning, my CC is always rejected. Always, always, always! What kind of BS is that?! Don't get me started on there customer service, they are horrible!!! I don't understand how some of them got hired for customer service. SMH.

The thin that I like with FNL is it is the easiest site to get things off of release day with patience because my CC works and the lack of bots. They also have a very liberal policy with the winners circle rewards that can be used on anything even a quick strike. Some of the customer service reps are very nice when you call them but it is hit or miss like with anything.

That sucks man...I'm sorry. Resell prices on these in a size 13 aren't THAT high, so I don't see the big deal with the 3LAB's being so highly sought out by resellers/shady employees. Usually if I have to resort to eBay looking for my size 13...I expect to get bent over. I've seen these sell for $275 pretty regularly. Though size 8-9 from what I've read is just as bad sometimes as a 13. My size 13 went through OK, and even have a shipping confirmation and tracking from FNL. Mine is actually coming from Indiana, so I'm not sure if it's left over store stock from a store there, or coming from the actual warehouse.
I know people have had issues w/ FNL (myself included in the past w/ the whole online checkout), but I prefer them over the other major retailers. It could be simply because my local store and their employees are GREAT. No hassle, no BS, treat everyone fairly and w/ respect. I always try FNL first online if our store doesn't get a particular shoe in stock, just because of how well I'm treated in store.

I would safely say that all the big chain stores practice these shady deals. It was way worse before, for I had first hand knowledge at a local FTL. It was a great time while it lasted.

Been almost 48 hours now.. My orders still says processsing, with my charges no longer pending and being put back in my account. I think their system is still trying to locate my pairs or maybe the store is not sending it. But at this time I'm counting it as a lost.

man. did I really miss last shot 14s again
. last time I got to checkout, and a fellow NTer cart jacked me for the size 11. Worst part is he "didn't even know if he was going to wear them" think he wore a 12 or something normally
. Nevermind I'm tripping just realized that screen shot was from the concord restock
saw the last shots and just got super pissed.

FNL is notorious for cancelling orders. That's why i don't even bother to go through with the purchase cause once those funds get tied, then once again you're playing the waiting game
