FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

The dough was store bought. I’d like to master a good dough. We make our own pizzas because it’s really expensive for a good pizza in Eugene, ~$30 for a large pepperoni.

$30 for a pizza in a college town??! That’s messed up. Really taking advantage of drunk/stoned students and those that want an alternative to trash dining hall food...:smh::D

Korean fried chicken while tasty may not be for me, whether its Bon Chon or Chong Man its always an issue the next morning

I'm not so sure if I'm a fan of nuts on meat.

Granted, I've only had a chicken dish with peanuts but I did not like that at all.

You honestly can barely taste or notice. It was more of a dusting. The food was really good

You can get a pizza for far less but I’m a NY transplant so I’m picky about pizza lol.

Friday nights is homemade pizza night. Wife has spent so much time perfecting her dough.

You use a pizza stone? Makes a huge difference in the crust coming out right.

I don’t own a pizza stone and I don’t know why I don’t lol. I used to make pizzas at a restaurant using a firewood brink oven, i know I’m missing out.
