I had a co-worker who didn’t take head to the advice of drinking water, the fool caught a heatstroke in front of my eyes.

He said “I thought all that water mumbo jumbo to stay hydrated was useless”

Them electrolytes is needed. But you can get more if your drink pedilyte or actual electrolytes bottled drink with high content.

I don't drink sport drinks, due to the high amount of sugar.

i dont like water
but i understand the need

but i understand the need
and drink as much as i can stand
like ill randomly get up and chug a bottle
then maybe later in the day do it again

I usually sip on bottled seltzer water, during the summertime, and i drink a lot of it.

I only drink water. I've been only drinking water since 2006. I was 15.

Rarely I'll drink kombucha. I consume oat milk, natural orange juice, and apple juice. But rarely do I drink anything besides water.

No coffee and no alcohol.

Nah, oat milk chocolate milk is pretty good. Too much sugar though.

I'll try some mango nectar out.

It's not intentional either, I like orange juice and apple juice, idk why, I'm just so use to drinking only water.

My Uncle passed at 43. He had lung cancer. They say it's because of the alcohol. He was an alcoholic. Sometimes life hits you and you try to numb the pain. Smh.

I do believe the acidic content in alcohol and coffee can harm your body.

Doesn't CA have warnings labels now that coffee can cause cancer?
