You’re from the bay right? Check out country way in Fremont. Their portions are pretty big too. I was told they were on the food network channel.I had the BIGFOOT BREAKFAST at Black Bear. Was so hungry forgot to take pics.
But here is a pic from the net.
My plate was bigger and I had sunny side up

never get country fried steakYessir. Do they have good country/chicken fried steak?
I’ve been to country way, it’s not bad but I think they use too much butter in their cooking. I’m not a fan of butter but the portions are huge.
I hate UC, I try to avoid that place like the plague.never get country fried steak
so cant comment
BUT
also try country waffle in union city

Well those are junk food almonds though.Almonds are your cheat day?
Almonds are my diet days!
got the club sub from Jersey Mike's for lunch
^^^
Yep. The sugary joints are eaten on cheat days. Or trail mixes etc.
Like this....
If you’re in here enough you already know how I get down in addition to the almonds etc. on my off days
got one down the street from me, will check it out on saturday... looks goodSo I decided to try Popeyes new chicken sandwich
I purchased a "classic" and a "spicy"
First impressions
These are massive.
The breast is very thick.
To put it in perspective this is how much breast was hanging out of the side.
That's breast under that glorious breading.
Taste.
The bun itself is different from chick fil a.
It's toasted I think, and kind of tasty by itself.
The chicken breast is thick , and it is juicy.
I would say The Same juicy ness as chick fil a or more.
Really really good.
Now the breading.
The breading is amazing. It's crunchy all throughout without being hard and has good spice.
It's a nice even crunch.
Also I think If you like your chicken fried strong, you will love this sandwich if you ask for it fried strong......I think.
The spice is exactly how it is on their chicken.
It's not "spicy" to me but it's there, and it adds another flavor element.
The pickles are less briny than the ones chick fila uses but they seem fresher with more snap.
This is an excellent sandwich. It's simple and everything works. And I can honestly say that
this chicken sandwich is better than a chick fil a chicken sandwich.
If you have this option there is no reason to get a chicken sandwich from chick fil a unless you support them for whatever reason.
And of course these are available on sunday.
