Nah it’s Latin and it’s usually a topping as some varieties of it don’t melt well

I'd say absolutely. Needs the acidity and sweetness.

Any corned beef/pastrami on rye combo
AUTHENTIC Italian hero (prosicutto, sopressata, mortadella, capicola, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, tomato, basil, olive oil, balsamic)

I'm with you there. Bacon is fine in moderation - but I do get a bit fed up with it - and it's not good for you with the nitrates etc.

I'd choose sausages every time - doesn't really matter which kind.
