Famous Bens in Soho. This is probably top 3 of my favorite slices ever in NYC. Palermo, its basically breadcrumbs cooked somehow on top of sauce. Its not crunchy, its soft and has a nice taste and texture. I never seen it in any other pizzeria in NYC, if anyone has let me know!

I got it from a small chain pizza shop called Rosati's Pizza and yes it was good. Sauce was fresh and so was the cheese. Couldn't finish the whole pie so I saved the last slice and put it away.
