Cozido, traditional Portuguese volcanic stew. The stew has beef, pork, chicken, chorizo, blood sausage, cabbage, collard greens, sweet potato, and potato.

It is cooked underground using volcanic steam/heat for approximately 7 hours.

As with all meals in Portugal/Azores, the meal is served with red wine, white wine, or beer.

I put black pepper on the bottom, I put Lemon Pepper Seasoning + Black Pepper on the top of the thighs. ( Bone In )
