Oxtail plate, red beans and rice, mashed potatoes, brisket plate, mac and cheese, burnt ends, rib tip plate, and greens from Lil Red Takeout in Seattle. Meats sauced with a mix of jerk sauce and bbq sauce.
 
Yeah I knew what I was getting myself into. :lol:

She's going through it right now though and words have only taken me so far.

I'll post pics so we can all collectively judge if it was worth it or not.
Welp...had to cancel the reservation due to an unexpected dental emergency that my girlfriend went through yesterday. She had a hell of a week. :lol::smh:

Anyone making anything good tomorrow? Making smoked chicken, fried onion sliders, and baked ziti as mains. Gonna have a bunch of appetizers and sides as well.
