If that's the building superintendent, yeah that sucks but the railing can be rebuilt. I think that's why he walked down the stairs like that. Because damn that sucks, but think about how incredibly dangerous that was for people using those stairs. Somebody legit coulda died.

Kind of makes you wonder what the best practice is for this situation. Flamethrower? Chipping off pieces?
