For here the requirements are:
-High School Diploma/Equivalent
-18 years old
-Ability to speak clearly
-Able to remain calm in stressful situations
-Basic computer skills
-Knowledge of the area
-Know the 10 codes (this only applies to certain areas)
-Have a good public reputation (no traffic violations or jail time on file)

what do you mean by no traffic violation, and do expunged records count as jail time. It technically doesnt but not sure.
 
i get paid weekly for safeway.
most government jobs are monthly (education system, USPS)
 
Biweekly. I actually got the job just to have something to do other than school...so I wouldn't really mind getting paid weekly, biweekly or monthly.
