word. it's alive again. just need to change IP address. put in fake emails and save the code right away. they expire April 15, 2010.

turn off your iphone data connection then just open up the page again. it will reconnect with a new IP address letting you get a new code.
try turning off your modem for 10 seconds and turning it back on again. it should give you a new ip address as well.
*edit* looks like you figured it out!
I think you can redeem a max of 2 years ( may be 3) on xbox live. you can sign into your xbox live account online and redeem it through there. here's the link.

try letting your modem stay off for 10 seconds before turning it back on. and don't refresh the page till after the modem is back on again.
