I kinda understand where your coming from OP, but the thing you want to do is leave a GOOD impression on her that will make her think about you during these 2months.
I wouldnt use that "never change because your perfect" line, sounds like you'll fall into the friendzone faster than you think with that one.
I would take her out sometime before she leaves though, have it come off as a friendly thing but you should turn up your game somewhere during that meetup, andyou should make it for the afternoon/evening time. I would say you go do something active, dinner is good but if your conversation game isn't that good itcould leave a sour taste in her mouth about you...the type you don't intend to leave in her.
Best case scenario is that you set yourself up for smashing, GL.
