So looking again, it's basically a sitting room in your garage. If I had disposable income for something like that, I would spend it on another car before something like that. Too me, it's pretty stupid. Would you actually want to watch a game there? Probably not.

there's this house i drive by every now-&-then (Palo Alto/Stanford area) that has a separate 4 car garage unit with what looks like a balcony and fireplace on the roof.. not really sure what it looks inside, but i imagine its
