chicken, chicken, and more chicken, just make some plain chicken and get some recipes for homemade BBQ sauce or make

some marinades, or you can even buy some that are really good

I either use some assorted spices (montreal chicken seasoning + herb/garlic salt) or I marinate it. You cant go wrong really. I might try and make some grilledcheese's later.

So is it healthy?

I know it the oil and grease falls into that little container

I make grilled cheese sandwiches, or any combination of sandwich meat + cheese + bread, or grill some spam

Definetly, chicken breast is healthy from the get-go, so when u drain the fat their should be no problems.

Steak, Porkchops, Polish Sausage, Brats, Bagels, quesadillas, and Bacon.

Forman Grill in the Dorm is a must.

I need to get one of these asap. Just can't decide on which one. I get the one on the left for around $40, but the one on the right is the newer versionand a little bigger, but it's $120. Any suggestions.

I always throw in some Turkey Burgers, pork chops, or chicken.

It's never let me down as far as taste. Great invention.

I have a 72 square inch one and it cooks any one person meal just fine.

I paid $40 for it at Target. It's this model but in black.

I've cooked 3 small steaks on it at the same time once.

ay brah, thats my only gripe with this thing. Cleaning it is a muh-fuey. That lil plastic spatula scraper thing doesnt do jack.

One of the few items seen on tv that works!

Chicken is always on the grill. Burgers work on there also
