I'm on the motorcycle this morning heading to work...

i'm CRUISING on the shoulder (in before the Keko Jones, good samaritan type comments) because it was straight jamb packed traffic on North Dallas Tollway...

I do it EVERYDAY...

Today, I seen a copper in the far right lane.. i was going too fast to jump in before he seen me... i slam on the brakes, and stop RIGHT BEHIND HIM...

he turned on his ligts and then slid over onto the shoulder IN FRONT of me....

i get off the bike and put my kickstand down b/c i knew what was up...

dude walks up, asks for my license (didnt ask for insurance or anything)

copper: you're not supposed to pass on the shoulder like that

me: (all lies) man, I'm on a bike... the cars wouldnt let me merge over, and I'm trying to protect myself

he goes back to his car..

Now mind you, I dont have a class M on my license, the bike still has Oklahoma license plates, and i was caught dead in the water doing wrong...

dude walks back and hands me my license and says "you need to be like every other car"

and let me go...

Then i had a theory... maybe he couldnt give me a ticket for shoulder surfing b/c if it went to court, he'd have no way to prove it...

It wouldnt be able to be proven because i never went in from of the car....

then i got to thinking about times i've been speeding... seen a cop and slowed down... he can CLEARLY tell i was behind him speeding, but didnt do anything...

What do yall think?

and for all those opposing TAN, atleast i'm MAKING threads insteads of complaining about the lack of threads...

i always thought they could testify against you in court with their only evidence is seeing you do it.

like how would they prove if they saw someone on their cell phone? or jay walking?

First of all, there are these nifty devices called rear view mirrors, and many people (not all, but many) use them to see what's going on behind them.

If you were blowing past traffic on the shoulder, it wouldn't be hard to miss that, regardless of which lane the cop was in.

I was thinking this.. Because police turn off their cameras sometime and still win in court.

Bruh - you are it again? How long does it take you to make up these stories? LMAO  .... I'm surprise the cop wasn't a female ....

I'm wondering who are you:

Huey

Dewey

Louie

Please do tell .....

Just to answer your stupid question ..

Radar detectors work both ways . front back and they determine the speed of the cruiser and factor that in with the speed it's clocking.

Further more, the cop has nothing more to do than go to court and present his case. He saw you on the shoulder when you clearly wasn't suppose to be there. You passed several vehicles and he saw you .. then the burden falls on you ...

You always up with these lies man .... Like seriously?

I think the reason you didn't get a ticket because your moped was punishment enough ...

:lol ride with blinkers bro when in the shoulder bro.

I do this everytime, ain't stopping me.

But if someone has hazards on rolling down the shoulder, a cop will stop and provide assistance. It's counter-intuitive if you get stopped.

not in my city. Rolling flashers = can't say I didn't warn you.

I had blowouts on the interstate a few times and cops ignored the **** out of me.

It's because you stopped right away and didn't resist. Cops appreciate when you pull over right away.

I don't advise lying though, Usually when you tell the truth and admit fault they're easier on you.

-Last time you were dead wrong and the cop didn't cut you a break. You threw ole boy under the bus

-Once again you were dead wrong, but this cop cut you a break. You probably should be singing homeboy's praises

He could have got you on the violation and license. I hope you thanked him brah

dead wrong?

you're talking about when i was pushing my bike through a parking lot? yeah, it was perfectly normal to tow my motorcycle b/c i live across the street, and i was pushing my bike...

seems legit..

i was more wrong this time than last time, my g... so kill all that noise.

dude could've got me double time.. but he didnt..

i just wondered if it had more to do with me stopping prior to getting in front of him or he was just chilling...

b/c even if you're just chilling, you ask for insurance too... i've NEVER gotten pulled over where the DIDNT ask for insurance...

i dunno... maybe that's something that yall have experienced... but i always get asked..

also, dude was in his whip for LESS than a minute... again, i've been pulled over several times.. and this was by several minutes faster than the rest.

who's repping this guy? :lol :lol

you must live a pretty weak life if the stuff i say is foreign to you...

moped, though? hahahaha...

judging by your responses in the Trayvon Martin thread, it prolly is a shock to you that an old white man would let a young black dude get away without messing with him though..

the two times i've gotten a ticket, cell phone and failing to yield to pedestrian ( :lol ), i never got asked for my insurance.

Next door neighbor and best friend since birth just got his house ransacked by 10-15 cops

Straight madness. Accused of running a chop shop when his pops has been working on cars since before we were born.. Im 19 and my bro is turning 20 in a couple months.

Went over there to figure out wtf was going on and they tore the house apart on top of taking his pops to jail even though they found NOTHING and have NOTHING to charge him with.

Just makes no sense. Don't let these fraud *** NT'ers get in your heads these cops operate under any sort of morality when you're black. After you leave elementary school and possibly shortly before then your runs will never be friendly or fair.

I think the worst part is.. He won't be charged for anything and they came through this mans house knocking over plants, breaking glass, breaking games, ripping **** apart and the only closure they'll get is "Oh well."

State patrol is supposed to stop on the interstate. Local police, not sure. I've seen WSP just pull over randomly when some dude is just changing a flat (and is even mid-change). They will toss a cone or two out to give them some space.

Maybe its the way you come off or the way you look. Try to be more nicer and guilty and maybe you might get off easier
