Getting Ripped.. Vol. Perfect Pushup

I have it. I only used it for like 2 weeks.

but yea it puts less strain on your wrists I guess.

I left that and started doing the p90 workouts. Much better

What does learning to read have to do with anything I said?

This guy thinks hes gonna see progress on the first day and thats not how it works.

and also, "getting ripped" as he said, doesnt just happen through exercising. one has to watch what they eat very carefully.

What I meant.. and what every other poster understood except for yourself is.. that.. since you first owned the perfect pushup(day 1) to today.. have you see any progress..

That "getting ripped" thing was just a title I through one.. I know you can't get ripped.. its just for toning and strength.

and i told you what i told you in my first post because, no, people actually think they can get "ripped" from doing silly exercises like these.
 
i use it.

it works alright. i have wrist problems so no stress on my wrist makes me happy.

i can feel it working though if you do one of the routines. muscles be burning
 
I have it, been using it...Not ripped but definitely see and feel a difference.
