I have CS5.
For Premiere-
1. Download from youtube
2. Open a new project but no a specific sequence
3. Open the clip in the media library and drag to viewer
4. Select in n outs and drag the video clip only to the "New sequence" button
5. Titles are kind of self explanatory
6. Export settings i chose Animated gif, 23.97, you can change the size as you want but I just lock the aspect ratio.
7. Then export it you can bring it into photoshop and if you want to bring the file size down you can open it and go to save for web devices.
8. Play with the lossy slider and take away colors you dont need.
Hope that helps.
