You just have to dig deep my friend. Pain is inevitable, suffering is not. Make up your mind that things will get better. It may not be today, maybe not tomorrow, but as long as you keep breathing, you have a chance to find that happiness you so seek. Our experiences make us whom we are. Allow yours to strengthen you, to give you wisdom. Grow from this. Don't allow yourself to be broken, but instead break down to build up stronger. It's like training a muscle, there muscle be some damage to promote growth. I believe in you, believe in yourself. Just keep pushing man, I know it's rough, and I know it hurts, but I'm hopeful for you. Things will get better for you, I believe that.
Find a hobby, start reading if you don't already. Find books that you can zone out to when times get rough. That helped me when I was going through growing pains from a breakup, I was hurting man, but I stayed strong and maintained an idea that no matter what, things would look up eventually. That's the ideal you just have to buy into no matter what, you have to believe that no matter how dark it gets, eventually, the sun will come out. Get into exercise. Anything that helps you grow as a person is supper beneficial in the off season. Go back to school, through learning more about the world around us, we are finally about to visualize the bigger picture. It's the little things that can have huge impacts in the long run. If you make yourself better, ultimately you'll feel better about yourself, period.
I wish you the best buddy, I hope everything works out for you.
