GOAT APP legit?

If you made a purchase using afterpay and had 2 payments submitted and got a return approved is the 2 payments u made going back to your bank or is that all considered goat credit?

First return I made and I have a problem. Been two weeks no movement, package probably lost or stolen. I shipped it out but declined the receipt(not sure if it'll affect the claim). I tried to file a claim with UPS but it says I need to add profile which I did but won't submit. Does Goat have to file the claim. I contacted them but they've been slow to respond.
Never deny the receipt 🥶

This **** is getting out of hand...

Yep, I've had multiple shoes in the past fail for the above reasons stated and I couldn't find any discoloration or yellowing or scuffs. They must be looking at things with a microscope or magnifying glass
I've run into this a few times recently. It is super annoying. I've just adjusted the price. Sort of puts you into a corner. I look at my shoes before. The other one is the box, which might get damaged en route.

Also that IRS form news. Ouch. I got a balance right now and will have to report it. Blah.

I accepted an offer of one of my used shoes, today they email me saying the specialist noticed it was an used product. I have no idea what the issue they are implying as that's what I sent them that was pictured when I listed it. I don't think the offer I accepted was for a new pair.

Well that's weird especially since you're buying your own shoes but I'm guessing you did this for... some reason.

i was kinda confused too at first read, but I’d assume the app has built-in functionality that would prevent a seller from buying their own listed items

Didn't think it's possible to buy your own shoes so wasn't sure why he would misinterpret my post. Guess it's possible but no I wasn't charged so didn't. Might be top offer for new overlapping with used pair or something. The order info specifically says they're used. It's asking to give discount but waiting for support to respond back before I give no discount and buyer potentially declines the sale and it gets sent back to me.

Goat is slacking big time, been a whole week since my sneakers were delivered to their NJ warehouse and still haven't paid me out

Think they're flooded with orders right now. Yea mine typically get authenticated same day they arrive, but not this week

Buyer declined the sale because I didn't offer discount so now I'm stuck to consign or return to me. Unless Goat admits their mistake on their end and ships them back to me free of charge or go consign route which I don't know how it will pan out as they're UA Curry 2s so not much interests.

So he offered what he was comfortable with paying for a "used" shoe, but then declined because it was declared "used."

Lmao. Some of these buyers smh

Yeah I'm trying to find out why the "specialist" marked it as used product when it was listed as used to begin with (I wore it twice). The only other reason I can think of was an offer on a new pair but I did what I always do when there is a top offer for that listing, accept it from there.
If this is a new way of approving of used sales then it's gonna hurt the seller, when buyer didn't get a discount.

If they really wanna make this right, they should just give you the funds for the sale since this obviously seems like an error on their part. Isn't even a high value item. Just so unusual since I've never had any issues with them over a used shoe sold
